Suggestion to limit the removal of Distant Networks by agents

Why is it that a customer service representative, can delete distant network service, but only distant network service department can add it back in after 24-48 hours? If that is the case, only DN department can remove it.

Hi, Twolf. I apologize for any inconvenience with the process. Because this is a specific service, we do have a designated department that can only add this to an account; as this team will need to verify all requirements are met in order to have the Distant Network Service tagged on an account. I can definitely understand that is it frustrating that any customer service agent can remove this from an account. I will be happy to submit feedback regarding this process.
