Ask Subscribers what we are willing to do to get HBO Cinemax

I am willing to voluntarily pay, if all other subscribers also agree, in order to break the unbreakable contract "negotiations" another $1 or whatever reasonable figure it turns out to be in order for us to end this strike that hurts all of us.  Or, get all satellite providers to boycott HBO and Cinemax completely.

It's time to end the silliness.

When you say all satellite providers... there are really two. Directv and Dish. HBO is owned but aTT which also owns Directv. As far as why those channels are down... it has nothing to do with a price increase to subscribers. It is that ATT is trying to force Dish to pay for non subscribers, which means non subscribers would be paying for HBO and Cinemax. Less than 20% of customers subscribed to HBO, which means more than 80% didn’t want it, and those more than 80% of customers would still be charged for it and not receive it. None of the options presented would be sufficient to bring HBO and Cinemax back, which is why it is down. They did poll the customers, most customers just did not know about it.
