I too have been having problems being able to chat this week! I would fill in the information, then the circle symbol would circulate, but then it would come back, stating that there was a problem on their end and that they are working on it! I don't know what's going on, but at least I know that I am not the only person having problems! By the way, I am using Firefox browser.
I tried "Dish answers" on Twitter and received the best service ever, last night K.C. assisted me with a couple of issues I had. She went above and beyond any help from Dish on the phone. She was prompt and did what she said he would do, both of my issues were resolved while online using Twitter, #DishAnswers. I just happened to find. DishAnswers while exploring Twitter.
