There is a blurb on my MyDish account advertising improved interent service. Not much other information is give other than a phone number to call. Calling that number I get a message that there is a long wait time, leave your number for a callback. I do, I receive a callback in about 15 minutes which plays the same message asking me if I want to receive a call back. I have been through that cycle 2 times. I then tried calling the number on the main dish website. I have now been transferred 4 times and am again on hold total time is over 30 minutes. Is there anyway possible to get information about this upgrade and to order it? I am really at my wits end.

This is my chat conversation, I believe it will make clear the frustration, and also the hesitation to order High Speed Internet if this is what to expect for future service troubles.  Getting disconnected after long waits on the phone is or should be unacceptable to Dish as it is to your customers.

Ted, we appreciated you for expanding your service with DISH. However, our hands are tied and hope you would understand that we're not trained to qualify your area for Internet service. It has to be done over the phone through our broadband specialists.

Sir, that is great if a customer could make contact by the numbers given, however that is not the case.
 
 
 
I continue to get disconnected after long waiting periods, this should be corrected. A long wait is understood, but being disconnected is not.
