I am attempting to cancel my Dish service. We stream everything, and honestly, I feel I was mislead by a rep when I first signed up. That's in the past and whatever. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, I spoke to a rep. I don't need the sales pitch. I get it, they have a job, but I told him several times I wanted to cancel. The the connection was lost. Maybe it was my phone, maybe it was on the Dish side, I don't know. It is very frustrating when I can't cancel online. Just tell me what I owe, and where to send the equipment and let's move on. This is starting to rank near the top of my bad customer service experiences.
