How do I get a new remote? I have had this one awhile and it has become increasingly difficult to make some of the buttons work

Available through your Dish account online or they are sold at most stores (Amazon, Walmart, etc) as well as on eBay.  Last time I bought one prices ranged from $15-$20.  If you have a newer receiver you can upgrade to the voice remote or just replace with the same one you have.

Hi, Don. I hate to hear that you are having trouble with the remote. Are the buttons getting stuck, or are you having to press the buttons hard to get them to work?
