I just rec'd my bill, which also indicated that I never paid the previous bill. Just as I suspected, I overlooked the "Paperless" option checked off after my last payment online. Customers should have the option to CHECK IT OFF themselves, and not always have to UNCHECK IT!!! I guess it doesn't matter if your "Preference" shows that you wish to receive the bill in the mail, when you end up having to UNCHECK the "paperless" option before paying your bill online. If I want to make a change, then I there is the "Preference" option, which apparently doesn't really serve a purpose when the "Paperless" option is always checked. I'm not amused!
