Original Hopper to Hopper 3 Question

Is there a fee or new contract to change from the original Hopper to Hopper 3?

We are trying to decide if we'll stick with Dish or go to another service. We have had complete signal loss everyday for almost two weeks. Troubleshooting does not resolve the issue. So, remaining with Dish is uncertain, since we can't watch TV shows much of the time.

Signal loss issues can be attributed to more than just the equipment and would require a tech visit if all over-the-phone troubleshooting did not resolve your issue.

There is a Hopper 3 upgrade fee for all customers at this time. The total fee can vary depending on your overall account status.
