I'm a new customer with Dish, about 2 weeks now, and have not been able to use the chat feature. The chat box won't open up. Any idea what's going on with this?
I used chat today and it worked okay. However, I did ask for emailed transcript and never got it so no documentation of what I was promised.
My apologies that you've not yet received your transcript. Can you confirm that it didn't land in your spam folder?
