In the 5 weeks I have been with Dish, I have recieved an email and a return kit telling me that I need to return my Joey, because I am not authorized to have it.
When I call or chat, they tell me to ignore it. Today I was told I need to stop making things difficult for DISH.
If I am doing something that is going to be a problem, I want to fix it.
