Ran out of dish high speed internet for this month. Don't want to buy more or purchase another plan. Keep getting this message that says something like 'as a courtesy we went to notify you that you have used all your high speed internet and speeds have been reduced' etc. But the message doesn't come up just once. Or even a few times. It comes up day after day. And time after time after time in a row. So when ever you try to go to a website. Weather it's from a bookmark, or one you searched for, or a link, etc. The message just keeps coming up and won't let you go to the site no matter what you do. And in addition to that, when the internet message loads, you loose where you were/where you were trying to go.
Don't want to call anyone at customer service. It's not something that can be fixed on the phone or by a tech visit, etc. But the program that sends/displays this message should be changed so this doesn't keep happening. Maybe show the message one time. And that's enough. Or have an option for customers who don't want to get the message.
