Ran out of dish high speed internet for this month. Don't want to buy more or purchase another plan. Keep getting this message that says something like 'as a courtesy we went to notify you that you have used all your high speed internet and speeds have been reduced' etc. But the message doesn't come up just once. Or even a few times. It comes up day after day. And time after time after time in a row. So when ever you try to go to a website. Weather it's from a bookmark, or one you searched for, or a link, etc. The message just keeps coming up and won't let you go to the site no matter what you do. And in addition to that, when the internet message loads, you loose where you were/where you were trying to go. Don't want to call anyone at customer service. It's not something that can be fixed on the phone or by a tech visit, etc. But the program that sends/displays this message should be changed so this doesn't keep happening. Maybe show the message one time. And that's enough. Or have an option for customers who don't want to get the message.
Sounds a lot like my situation. Not helpful at all. Actually a real pain. Once is enough. Keep getting this message all the time. -
As a courtesy, we want to notify you that you have used 100% of your Monthly Anytime Usage Allowance for the current service period. Your download speeds will be significantly reduced for the remainder of the service period. To view your data usage meter, purchase additional capacity or see details about upgrading your service package, please log into MyDish.com below. Thank you for being a valued DISH customer.
Same problem here.Sometimes that 'reminder' will come up dozens of times.Probably more if we kept going. No matter what we try it just doesnt work until later when for some reason it just starts working again.Tried every bookmark and every link on pages all ready up.And every time its the same thing. Every new window that opens has the usage message.Wish Dish would do something about this.
