for months I have had trouble with the login at mydish.com. I enter my id and password. the little red bars in the middle of the screen just continue to look like a see-saw! never loads. I can not adjust my programing or pay my bill. I am tired of calling support and getting the run around. I am about a hair away from terminating my service.
I have used google chrome, internet explorer and firefox. I have used a business CAT 5 line, AT&T hotspot, Verizon. I have used a laptop, android and iPad. Nothing works.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. This is an issue our engineers are aware of, and they are currently in the process of scheduling a fix. However, at this time we do not have an ETR of when that update will be available. In the meantime you can make changes to your account through the MyDish App on your smartphone or tablet.
