I am fed up with DISH. Just spent a half hour on the phone with someone I couldn't understand and who wouldn't let me talk. Did a lot of useless stuff five times that wouldn't work, even though I told the woman we'd tried them all before. Finally ended up getting a Hooper because all we've had with receivers is problems. Asked her to document a request about not dealing with one of their techs but am not sure she did that. She then went through the rest of her script without letting me finish, wished me a good evening and hung up. Worst. Service. Ever.
