I have been on hold 3 different time for longer than 30 minutes each time to cancel my service.  I have blocked credit card payments to Dish.

Hi, Cecil! If we're experiencing a higher than normal call volume, it does sometimes mean longer hold times. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'd hate to lose you as a member of our family. If there's anything we can do to change your mind, let us know and we'll be happy to see what we can do for you.

Higher volume due to cancellation calls?  I have tried for two days consecutive on hold more than 1 hour.

I would take the #1 customer satisfaction down, you guys are not even 100 on that scale.

Chat is also out of service.  Dish is a joke

How can we let you know when it is impossible to contact you? The best way to deal with companies like yours is to report you. FCC 1 (888) 225-5322
