Canceling Service Nightmare


Tried to cancel service due to moving three different times finally successful on third try. Originally called to have service cancelled on October 7 and that is when we moved from the residence with service. Service never got cancelled and now have a bill for a month of service at an address that I have not lived at for a month. Dish customer service rep stated there was nothing they could do and no notes on their system we called around Oct. 7th to cancel service.


Customer service was good while you have service. God forbid you ever try to break up with Dish!
