I got my recent bill and called customer service on 11/23 to inquire about a VOD charge. I was told that it was a movie that was ordered on 11/16, rough country?. I researched the movie and it was me who did not order it but clicked on it to read what the movie was about, I NEVER watched said movie. Please can you credit my account for the $6.99 since I never ordered it and never watched it
