We just installed Dish last week after having Direct for over 20 years. It will not let me log into the Dish Anywhere app, it says user authentication failed. Ugh
Hey Tcraines44, have you created an account at mydish.com or on the MyDISH app yet? If so, are you using the same log in information on MyDISH and DISH Anywhere?
Thank you for checking, Rosita. Yes to both questions. I had created an online account and it still would not authenticate. I called Dish today and they got me logged in. Problem solved.
