Does anyone know if you can restart your Hopper remotely using the DISH Anywhere app? If so, where do I go exactly? Normally I just use it to watch my DVR, but I'm traveling and my dog sitter is telling me I have an error message on the primary TV. I'd like to help her out by just restarting the system for her to see if that fixes things.
Are you using a computer or the app? If app, what is the device the app is running on? I believe you can with mobile devices, such as cell phone or tablet, under the settings. I rarely using the online site, so I have no idea there.
