Tjl81404, when did you notice that this started to happen? Are you seeing the same issue happen if you set up a timer through your computer on the DISH Anywhere website?
I have the same issue when I use my phone to set a recording. I was told that I need to open ports on my wireless router at home - the router that communicates with my box. Jasmine, can you please provide those router adjustment details for me?
Hi, DaveC! We don't have any information on Router adjustments. You may need to refer to your Internet Provider for adjustments on that. Does this happen when you use the DishAnywhere website as well as the App or only through the App? Is your DVR connected to the Internet through Wifi or a Router?
