I got the email telling me to update, but it won’t update. Spent more wasted time on support chat yesterday. They can’t help. I’m looking at going back to Directv. DISH talks a good game but can’t deliver.
I am DISH Outdoors and it pay as you go, so I have no contract. I just spent $260 on the Wally equipment. Really makes me second guess my decision to leave DIRECTV. Our satellite doesn't get HD on DirecTV equipment, but we never had a signal problem.
