I can use my Dishanywhere app on my iPad just fine when using it normally (connected to home network).I can use my HopperGo with my android phone just fine, but whenever i use the DishAnywhere app on the ipad i hav issues. I can connect to the HopperGo, I can see my recordings that have been transferred, and I can select a recording. However, when i select Watch/Start the app closes/crashes.
Yes, i've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't make any difference.
It sounds like this would need to get over to our operations team then to review further since it seems isolated to the iPad Pro. Can you send me a PM with the account or phone #, along with the software version of the Pro and app version of DISH Anywhere you're using?
