When you get a chance, using your DISH remote, press the SAT button, then the Home button three times, select Status, select Check Status, select Yes. Then let us know what it says in the "Internet Status" field.
Ok. Are you able to see if you are getting that same issue with the Hopper showing offline if you go to the DISH Anywhere website on a computer?

I am getting this message and my Hopper internet status is connected. Help. Do I need a different Hopper? I tried a Slong adapter and that gets the same error message.
