Keep getting "Dish Anywhere connection lost. Please make sure your fire tv and receiver are connected to the internet and try again."

I dont know how many times i have rebooted the firestick app, restarted the tv, restarted my hopper device and still the annoying error message keeps coming up. I was hope to ditch the joeys because they are crap and move to the firestick. I am connected via wireless and i did check to make sure it is connected. I am connected to 5g because of higher speeds.

I assume the experience would be much better if the amazon fire stick were hard wired?

If someone has had experience with this issue and has a work around, i am all ears. I did try and search but was not coming up with this specific problem.

Hard wired is more reliable with Internet. Are you able to connect your smart TV directly to your Internet via an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection?

I also have the Fire Stick and the quality is horrible. I have the 722K.

Hello, directs1. We hate to see that your video quality is not up to par. What's going on with your quality? Are you noticing any freezing or pixelation? Are you noticing an error message?
