Just received e-mail with message stating a new remote is being sent,but the remote being sent is the wrong one.I am having a problem with a 50.0 remote which I purchased from Dish previously

Thank you for letting us know. We actually no longer have 50.0 remotes, we have replaced them all with our new 54.0 remotes with some added features!
