Perfect. Let's go ahead and unplug the receiver for about 10 seconds from all power that way to clear anything that maybe preventing communication between the receiver and the remote.

reset complete.....Still the response from remote is incorrect

I went to different channel and hit the back button and tv went to guide options screen

I am curious if you got it fixed.  Dish can you somehow when you go to PM post the results.   If not no concerns I am just intested in fixes for reference.
