I am a very old customer (over 14 years) and chat was unhelpful as all of you are. Our prices never go down, but you are removing favorite channels...Need to change services before football season as you will probably remove ESPN/SEC at that time. Don't trust you anymore....HBO, CBS and ESPN in the past....all BS. LOWER OUR BILLS IF YOU REMOVE CHANNELS.
