System update for hours again!

Well, instead of the usual loss of tv for hours on Thursday, it is happening today instead.  My hopper has been doing a system update for a couple of hours now.  The guide has updated up to 95% and it reboots all over again.  Needless to say, I have no television and no dvr.  They have sent me a new box and it keeps happening once a week.  I am really tired of this.  Perhaps it’s time to part ways with Dish.

Going on hour five now.  Still no tv or dvr.  No resolution to the problem.  This Dish issue needs to be fixed.
