Hello barbaragonzales, I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Netflix app connecting to your internet connection. Can you tell me if the receiver itself is having an issue connecting?
Last night we were watching a movie on Netflix until this morning. Now when we would like to finish the movie I receive a message on the Netflix App that says: Need to connect to Broadband for access. Nothing has changed from 5am until now which is 2pm.
