I’m LOSING MY MIND!!!

Please Help me ! Just got off the phone with the tech for 45 min with no help . I have reset my hopper and Joey and everything .. all my diagnostics checks are all green signals and check marks . For the last week and a half my hopper and Joey has been freezing and skipping for multiple seconds at a time and even when watching my shows on DVR the same things happen ... it’s the most irritating thing I have been through ever !! Please help

I'd be pretty frustrated as well, iPook! It definitely sounds like there are some signal issues going on. I see you've sent us a Private Message so we'll meet you over there to look into this further!
