I see that there are many issues on this forum for this same thing.
I have talked to many people at dish and I am just getting a run around. I was told by one of their agents before installation that i would be receiving a gift card, but magically it is not coming.
I told them what date it was and everything and they absolutely refuse to go back and look at the chat to get the promo code. I am so upset and dispise getting lied too! this just make this company look horrible, better believe i will be leaving as soon as i can. Dish just refuses to cooperate with their customers
