Hello Fasst1! I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the DISH Anywhere application. When you try accessing the app, are you getting any error messages or codes? Does it just spin without end? Does it go to a black screen?
Great! In front of your receiver in the corner, what is the model listed, such as Hopper 3 or VIP722K, etc.? Also, on the back of your DISH remote, what is the model number listed, such as 40.0 or 54.0, etc.?
