We NEVER received our gift cards that we were promised. When I called they said a postcard had been mailed about it...but we never received that either. So by the time I called Dish...they said that we are 5 days past the expiration for the gift cards. That's pretty **bleep**ty. We switched to Dish from Directv and were promised the gift cards. Not a good way to start a customer relationship if you ask me!!
