the newest one i got was they finally sent me the gift card after i went to a higher up. Then he said he was going to take a credit off of my account. Then they are now charging me for that credit. I have never heard of such a thing.
So everyone be aware and watch your bills because there might be a charge that should not be there. It was a surprise when i saw that one.
