I to have had the same situation recently signing up over the phone with Dish and told I would receive a $300 gift card even though I did not give them a code in 6-8 weeks. When I called to check on status I was told that I would need to log in to check status online. When I was unable to confirm because it told me my name was not found I called Dish and was transferred to a account specialist who made me feel as though it was petty of me to call and ask about this. This was in October and I still have not recieved anything.

the newest one i got was they finally sent me the gift card after i went to a higher up. Then he said he was going to take a credit off of my account. Then they are now charging me for that credit. I have never heard of such a thing.

So everyone be aware and watch your bills because there might be a charge that should not be there. It was a surprise when i saw that one.

No solution was made. I was told that there was approval code given and I just needed to speak with a senior account representative. I called after I got home from work and was put on call back list because wait time was 24 minutes. 30 minutes later recieved a call back still had to wait 15 minutes to speak with representative. Then after I was transferred and explained my situation and expected a solution was told that even though I have an approval code they will need to listen to my first call to verify the conversation first before they would grant me the $300 gift card. I expressed my dissatisfaction of how this has been so complicated and time consuming and was told that was the process and I would be called back in a few days. I have yet to receive a call back or email with information.

It sounds like you'll need to talk to the Senior Resolution Specialists again, you can contact them at 866-240-2347, I won't be able to send out the card but you can contact them to see if they have any updates or anything else they can do.
