I switched to dish 3 months ago. We tried to sign up online but it wouldnt take the code so we called dish. They assured us we would receive our $300 card in 6-8 weeks. I called yesterday (after 12 weeks). The 1st operator said she saw the card in the notes on our account. She transfered me to an accounts specialist. Daniel (the account specialist) said he needed the code to file a case on this issue. Who keeps a piece of mail for 3 months? This is ridiculous. He just kept saying "i need the offer code". I kept saying "your offer promised me a $300 card" so frustrating. You cant tell me that if the 1st operator saw the card in the notes that he cant get it done.

While we may see the offer on your account, we do require you to provide it to us again in order to verify that the correct offer was applied. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing the web-page for that link. Here are the step by step instructions for you:

1. Select the envelope in the top right corner of the page (it will be next to your avatar).
2. Once on the 'Private Messages' page, select 'New Message'.
3. In the 'Send To' field, type in the name of the user you would like to send a private message to.  Once you start typing a name, suggestions will auto populate.
4.  Once you compose your message, select 'Send Message' at the bottom of the page

I have a similar problem. Haven’t even received a code in the mail but was promised $300 MasterCard for switching I have contacted dish several times. Getting the run around. So disappointed and disgusted.

Thanks for providing that information, Bnorbz. For your security, I would recommend deleting your previous message. You can send it to us through a Private Message by following these steps.

Still nothing ! Was told I would get 100 dollar credit on my bill.
