I just received a replacement receiver and see I have local channels on it. I have been a Dish customer for 17 years and never had local channels nor do I want the local channels. My Dish bill now has a current amount showing. I called Dish and they say I have to have local channels with an increase of $10 month to my bill.
All this for my DVR going bad. Do I have to have my local channels?
Local channels are not an option to be cancel or removed from your account unless you are subscribed to the Flex Pack. All other packages included the local channels. Please send us a PM with your phone number and 4 digit PIN for further assistance.
