Can you please provide me with an update on where we are with this issue? I sisnt think it owuld take this long, especially after it was a known issue and already fixed a few months ago.

Do you know if they have gone back to see what the issue / fix was from last time this happened? Seems to me this is starting to drag out like it did last time and who suffers? The customer.
