Not happy with programming in my package

Your programming really sucks.  I am very disappointed in the number of the trash programs that i have to put up with. Have been a customer for many years and had to put up with this.  Why do you have religious, buying and sports channels that i do not watch and dont wont but cannot get a package without them.

The spiritual and infomercial channels are FTA, and pay to be carried. Even if you cancelled, you’d still get those channels.
You can get a package without sports. It’s called the Flex Package. You can build it through mini bundles.

Yup, they actually subsidize the bill. If you removed just those channels, and no other changes, your bill would increase. Believe me when I say you want more of the FTA channels, as they make the bill less. And it is simple to just use parental blocks to block them out and you don’t even see them in the guide.
