Email from DISH regarding new channels

I’m trying to follow up on the conversation I had with a DISH agent, because after receiving the email below I was told that I had to pay for the two channels that were advertised as free per this email.  I’m not upset with the agent, I just want clarification as to why I received this notification if it wasn’t accurate.

I received the same email and would be grateful if you would provide details as to how this issue was resolved.

I contacted DISH support and told them the problem. They didn’t acknowledge the problem, but within an hour or so the channels we’re added to my channels.

There were some technical issues that were preventing the channels from coming through, however  we are happy to hear that your channels have appeared. I hope that you are enjoying them.
