Didn't get the Premium Channels I was promised

When I singed up Thursday I was told I would get 40+ premium channels like the ad I am/was holding.  I am now told they don't offer those anymore.  This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They now say they can't give me those because it must have been a mistake.  NOT ON MY END! I an on a fixed invome with a government phone and have run through my miuntes trying to reach someone to help me.  Now I don't have a phone for 2 days!  The callback people couldn't help and transferred me yet again for a forever hold until I ran out of minutes! I can' t cancel because I can't reach anyone because they have run out my minutes on hold!  What a joke! Can't ask on chat because they don't know anything...I AM ONE HIGHLY PERTURBED INDIVIDUAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am stuck with a service that lied to me about the product I was to receive!  If there was any justice I would get some satisfaction but again I can't call them because I have NO minutes! WHat a rip off!!!!!

How do I do that?  I can't even cancel because I have NO minutes left on my phone until Wednesday.  I can't even cancel

I won't be able to cancel the account since only our Cancellation Team has the tools needed for that. I can however, take a look at your account about the missing premiums. 

To send a private message:

  1. Sign in to the community.
  2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
  3. Click Compose New Message.
  4. Enter the recipient's name in the Send to area..
  5. Enter the subject for the message in the Message Subject area.
  6. Type the reply in the Message Body editor.
  7. Click Send Message.
