I just became a dish customer last week.. the main reason I changed from our previous provider is because I was told that the nhl center ice package was $119. I go online today to add the package and it says it cost $155. I have a copy of the conversation with the rep that gave me this information. I also chatted with another rep today that gave me more misinformation, first she said it would be $155, then she said I could pay for it in 4 payments of $29.75 (which by my calculation is $119) then she said it was $155. So I am VERY unhappy with this and would like to get this matter resolved. I was told it was $119 and that is what I should have to pay....

I can understand, and would be happy to clarify all of this for you. The regular cost is $155, however the regular cost of the NBA Team Pass is $119 which they may have been looking at as they are right next to each other.

We would not be able to provide the NHL CI package at full price for $119, however the half-season cost is $110.
