And this "usual message" would be....what, exactly? I highly doubt every local is owned by the same company (yet, they're working on it) so it won't be the dispute message. The uplink report doesn't show mass changes in the local channels, so it might just be you. And by just you, I mean it might not even be your area, just YOU, specifically. With no data other than "the usual message" there's no way to diagnose.
