Hi folks - After over 17 years with dish, I must admit, the price increases are getting to me. To that end, I recently disabled one of my receivers (had two 722s) and switched to the flex pack. However, I am unable to manage my flex pack online. I've been through two different chat sessions and an actual phone call with dish, but with no luck. One of the chat operators said he would submit a problem ticket, and the phone operator told me to give it a few days. It's been over two weeks, and I still don't have the appropriate choices in myDish under My Programming. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this fixed? Although the programming overview says I have the flex pack (and my actual programming confirms it), under the core and alacarte tabs, I still see the old, unrelated options.
