we are LONG TIME CUSTOMERS ,14 YEARS, and were DISCONNECTED WITH NO NOTICE FOR MISSING THE DUE DATE FOR OUR MAY PAYMENT.i was SHOCKED to go to the site to pay my bill to find they DISCONNECTED OUR SERVICE! NEVER in the past have i had to worry if ,due to an emergency, which we had, they would CUT our service.im not in love with the programming but its cheap compared to local cable, ALLOWING ME TO STAY IN BUDGET.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD TO CALL TO BE RESTORED HAD NOTHING TO SAY,NO EXPLANATION.JUST PAY US AND WE WILL TURN YOUR SERVICE ON.VERY UNHAPPY
