Unfair treatment

Is anyone else getting unfair treatment? I have been a loyal customer and have been out of contract for several years, just like many of my family and friends. We were talking about our programming an I found out that they are paying around $25 less per month for MORE programming than I have. they said they just call in and the rep. lowers their bill. I called in to see if that would work and all I got was a runaround. Not asking for special treatment, just the same treatment that others get.
