I have had a local channels box put in November 2017 and still have been charged for local channels ever since. I would like for you all to credit me the money paid for the last 15 months. I am not asking you to write me a check I am asking for you to put credit on my future bills. The fact that customer service on the phone said NO we can't credit you for past issues is absolutely crazy to me. I work in in the corporate world and when our clients call us with issues with their bill if it is legitimate we can not refuse them their money back. The fact you are keeping my money blows my mind. That is theft. There are so many choices to stream TV these days that it is shocking Dish is not doing more to hang onto their loyal customers.
