Pissed Customer

I can't believe that Dish would not allow me one more day for an extension. I have been a customer for quite awhile and you know they can extended a payment out one more day. DirectTV always allowed me to extend my payment until my pay day. I am considering going back. I am paying too much for Dish anyway.

If I'm having to pay a 10.00 payment extension they should give me one more day!!

You know, if you don't pay your bill on time, threatening to switch really doesn't make a lot of sense. There's no incentive to keep you and every incentive to let you go. While they're prevented from actually saying so out loud (at least where you can hear), every Dish employee who sees someone like that make that threat immediate thinks "Oh good, go not pay DirecTV for awhile".
