Tried the chat thing and it didn't work, so hopefully I can get an answer here.
My 2 year price lock expired and my bill went up, last time this happened I was able to just sign back up for another 2 year term through my online account, but now there is no option to do this. It only shows the non 2 year price.
Any help would be great.
