Discounts gone after pausing service

I had to put my service on pause for 6 months and was never told that my discounts would be forfeited because of this. Thankfully, the customer service representative I spoke to first told me that given the circumstances, I would continue to receive my discounts after restarting my service.. however, I paid almost $200 to restart it and my discounts are NOT being taken off.. what can I do to correct this?

There is not really anything to be done. You got lucky if you got the discounts back in general.

I understand why you would be frustrated with this. If you will send me a Private Message with your account/phone number and 4 digit security code, I'll be happy to see what options we have to get this resolved.
