It appears my autopay discount has been expired. I am still signed up for autopay. What do I have to do to get this discount again? I have several other contracts for other services like cell and internet that all offer an autopay discount as long as I have the service. Dish needs to remove the autopay discount limited period and make it permanent. If I stop autopay, and say in a month or two restart it, can I get a new period? If so, why make me go through this hassle? Come on folks, treat your long term customers with some respect.
